SolidCube Digital is a business growth agency registered in the US and Bangladesh. We help established US companies win more clients by building and running their outbound and sales systems for them.
The companies we work with are serious, well-established businesses. Our whole operation runs on modern AI, including a team of AI agents we call CubeBots. We need one person who can run that system with us every day.
The mission of this role
Keep client work and our own growth moving every single day, so no task, lead or deadline slips. You are the reliable human in the middle: AI does the heavy lifting, you check it, fix it and get it finished, and you stay in close sync with the founder.
What you'll do
Research US companies and decision makers, and build clean prospect lists
Run outreach campaigns with our AI tools, and check every AI-written message before it goes out
Track replies and keep our CRM and project board up to date
Keep daily tasks moving and flag anything stuck to the founder early
Prepare simple reports on campaigns and pipeline
Help set up and test simple automations as you grow into the role
This is an office role. No field sales, no cold calling targets, and you will not need to speak on client calls.
How we use AI
AI is at the center of how we work. You will use Claude, ChatGPT and our own AI agents for research, writing, list building and reporting.
We want people who think, not people who copy and paste. AI gives a first draft. Your job is to check it, catch what is wrong, and make it right.
What we're looking for
You use ChatGPT or Claude every day for real work, hands-on
You are organized and reliable. When you take something on, it gets done
Clear written English, good enough to work with US clients in writing
You learn new tools fast (Google Sheets, Notion and similar)
You notice small mistakes and care about getting details right
This role is not for you if
You are looking for a short stint. We invest real time in training, so we want people who plan to grow with us
You use AI to copy and paste without checking the result
You need step-by-step instructions for every task
You want a field sales or calling-target job
Bonus points if you have
Outsourcing or freelancing experience (Upwork, Fiverr, or with foreign clients)
Business development, lead generation or cold email experience
Used automation tools like n8n, Zapier or Make, or you are curious about them
Any coding or tech side projects
